Japanese companies vigorously collect waste plastics

The processing capacity of the pretreatment equipment is 4.2t/h. First, remove the impurities of the packed waste plastic by hand, then crush it into 100mm blocks, remove the metal by magnetic separation, vibrate and separate the glass and gravel fragments, and remove the PVC plastic by gravity separation, then crush it into about 20mm and compress it for granulation. The thermal decomposition is carried out in the coke oven. The heads of state of China and Malaysia have visited each other in just one month. At 00 ℃, the waste plastic is decomposed into hydrocarbon oil (40%), coke oven gas (40%) and coke (20%).
