Japanese companies vigorously collect waste plastics
it is reported that according to the relevant regulations on the recycling of containers and packaging materials in Japan, in fiscal year 2002, Nippon Steel Corporation recycled 120000 tons of municipal waste plastics. Nippon Steel has built an efficient recycling system for collecting and treating municipal waste plastics in junjin plant and Nagoya plant. The amount of waste plastics treated by the company accounts for about 40% of the total amount of waste plastics in Japan. Nippon Steel has developed the recycling technology of using municipal waste plastics as coke oven raw materials. The recycling efficiency of the existing system is estimated to be about 90%, which is higher than that of other waste plastics chemical recycling systems
in the spring of 2002, Nippon Steel began to use the above technology to recycle municipal waste plastics in Bafan plant and Muran plant. In addition, the company also adopts the same process to recycle waste plastics on an industrial scale in junjin factory and Nagoya factory. The company invested 2billion yen to build waste plastic recycling equipment in Bafan plant, with an annual processing capacity of 20000 tons. Its pretreatment equipment was built in the original seamless steel pipe plant, and the existing waste plastic for coke oven was used for thermal decomposition
the company's junjin plant and Nagoya plant have an annual processing capacity of 40000 tons of waste plastics. In fiscal year 2001, 80000 tons of municipal waste plastics were processed if the small scale plate was qualified. Therefore, in addition to the annual recycling capacity of 20000 tons of Bafan plant and Muran plant, the municipal waste plastic processing capacity of Nippon Steel Corporation in fiscal year 2002 reached 120000 tons
as a part of improving business capacity, Nippon Steel has developed a waste plastic recycling system including pretreatment and thermal decomposition. The processing capacity of the pretreatment equipment is 4.2t/h. First, remove the impurities of the packed waste plastic by hand, then crush it into 100mm blocks, remove the metal by magnetic separation, vibrate and separate the glass and gravel fragments, and remove the PVC plastic by gravity separation, then crush it into about 20mm and compress it for granulation. The thermal decomposition is carried out in the coke oven. The heads of state of China and Malaysia have visited each other in just one month. At 00 ℃, the waste plastic is decomposed into hydrocarbon oil (40%), coke oven gas (40%) and coke (20%). Hydrocarbon oil, coke oven gas and coke are used as reducing agents for chemical raw materials, power plant fuel and blast furnace ironmaking
Nippon Steel has been recycling municipal waste plastics in junjin plant and Nagoya plant since the autumn of 2000. The company recycled 80000 tons of waste plastics in fiscal year 2001; In fiscal year 2002, the waste plastic recycling system was operated in Bafan factory and Muran factory, with an annual processing capacity of 20000 tons. After 2003, the company also clearly stipulated in the measurement law that the waste plastic treatment system would be installed in the large branch plant
the statement is also useful for measuring the wear dispersion of the friction surface:
